elevator type kind of elevators
elevator type(kind of elevators):Various forms of elevators. There are different classification methods.
1. According to the international standard ISO4190/1 points
1. Class I: Passenger elevators (including residential elevators for apartments, referred to as passenger elevators)
2. Class II: passenger and cargo elevators
3. Class III: hospital bed elevator
4. Category IV: service elevator (also known as sundries elevator)
2. According to the driving mode
1. Electric elevator
(1) Wire rope suspension type: 1 traction type, relying on the friction between the traction sheave groove and the wire rope to make the car and the counterweight run up and down. 2. Hoisting type: also known as forced type, the wire rope is rolled and released by the reel, so that the car can be raised and lowered.
(2) Rack and pinion type: The rack is set in the hoistway, and the car has a motor reducer and a gear that engages with the rack, and runs along the rack.
(3) Screw type: It is not necessary to set the pit power and the nut outside the car, and the latter will move up and down along the screw.
(4) Linear motor elevator
2. Hydraulic elevator: The hydraulic oil is pressurized by the pump, and the car is raised and lowered by the plunger and the oil cylinder.
(1) According to the type of pump: 1. Screw pump, the output pressure is more balanced and is often used. 2 vane pump. 3 gear pump.
(2) According to the transmission mode: 1. Straight top type, including central straight top type and side top type (also known as backpack type). 2 Indirect type, also known as wire rope pulley type, including 1:2 winding type and 2:4 winding type.
(3) According to the presence or absence of counterweight: 1. No counterweight. 2 There is a counterweight type, and the cylinder type is generally used.
(4) According to the number of cylinders: 1 single cylinder. 2. Two-cylinder and multi-cylinder (the problem of cylinder synchronization should be considered).
(5) According to the form of the cylinder: 1 single-section cylinder. 2 sets of section cylinders: Similar to multi-section antennas, they can be extended and retracted synchronously.
(6) Other types: 1 zoom type. 2 flat. 3 Hydraulic balance type.
3. According to the type of driving motor
(1) DC motor elevators: commonly used in high-speed elevators (above 2.5m/s), which have been replaced by AC frequency-modulated and voltage-regulated elevators.
(2) AC motor elevator: 1 single-speed, two-speed and three-speed elevator: step-by-step speed regulation, old-fashioned elevators can change the speed by changing the number of pole pairs of the motor stator winding. 2. Voltage regulation and speed regulation elevator: It adopts continuously changing the voltage applied to the stator winding of the motor to regulate the speed. However, the power factor is low at low speed, and the motor is easy to heat up, so it is only suitable for elevators below 1.75m/s. It is no longer used after there is an FM elevator.
(3) Frequency regulation and voltage regulation (VVVF) speed regulation elevator: monotonous frequency voltage; vector voltage; constant torque speed regulation.
4 According to the presence or absence of gear deceleration
(1) Gear reducer: 1 worm turbine reducer. The general speed is below 2.5m/s. 2 helical gear reducers. The general speed is below 4m/s. 3 planetary gear reducers. The general speed is below 2.5m/s.
(2) Gearless reducer: directly driven by the motor. The commonly used elevator is electric wire rope traction type. The low-speed range of the AC motor is a gear reducer; the high-speed range is a gearless type. In recent years, the gearless type is gradually covering the low-speed range, and the vector VVVF speed regulation is widely used.
Three, according to the purpose
1. Passenger elevators (including residential elevators for apartments, referred to as passenger elevators)
2. Private residential elevators
3. Freight elevator
4. Hospital bed ladder (also known as medical ladder)
5. Service elevator (also known as debris elevator)
(1) Desktop. 2) Floor type.
6. Sightseeing ladder
(1) Closed shaft observation ladder. . 2) Open shaft sightseeing elevator.
7. Car Ladder
8. Marine ladder
9. Tower ladder
Fourth, according to the control method
1. Handle switch control (for old-fashioned elevators)
2. Button control
3. Signal control (for old-fashioned elevators)
4. Collective selection control
5. Parallel control
6. Group control
5. Special elevator
1. Inclined elevator
2. Elevator for three-dimensional parking garage
(1) Pallet type. (2) Shelf type. (3) Mobile.
3. Explosion-proof elevator
(1) Flameproof type. (2) Positive pressure type. (3) Intrinsically safe.
4. Construction elevator
5. Stair lift
6. Others
1. According to speed: it can be divided into vulgar, medium speed and high speed, but there is no uniform and fixed division range.
2. According to whether there is a driver
3. According to the location of the computer room
(1) Go to the computer room. (2) The lower computer room. (3) Next to the computer room.
4. By car
(1) Single car. (2) Double-deck car.
