Precautions for taking the escalator

1. Do not push baby carriages or trolleys on the escalator, and do not use the escalator with large luggage.

2. When using the escalator, the head, hands, body and other parts should not exceed the handrail to prevent crushing and bruising. When ladies in skirts go up and down the escalator, be careful not to let the skirt hang on the escalator.

3. In case of accident, you can press the emergency stop button of the escalator. If it is not necessary, it is forbidden to use the emergency stop button indiscriminately to avoid injury to other passengers.

4. Do not use the escalator when it is faulty or under repair.

5. When children take the escalator, adults should pay attention to it, and stop the children from running and playing on the elevator in time.

6. Elderly people and young children with limited mobility must be accompanied by a healthy adult. If they are riding alone, they should choose the stairs according to their own conditions, or ask the staff for help.

7. There may be an emergency situation when taking the escalator. If a person falls on the escalator or their hands and feet are caught, immediately call the personnel at both ends of the escalator and press the "Stop" button to stop the escalator immediately to avoid causing more damage. The pressing "stop" button is located at the lower part of the upper and lower intake and outlet openings of the escalator, both of which are red and marked with the word "stop".
