The solid guide rail is a machined guide rail, which is made of the guide surface and the connecting parts of the guide rail profile. Its purpose is to provide guidance for the operation of the car during the operation of the elevator. There are many specifications of solid guide rails, which can be divided into: 8K, 13K, 18K, 24K, 30K, 50K, etc. according to the weight per meter, and can be divided into T45, T50, T70, T75, T78, T82, T89, T90, T114 according to the width of the bottom plate of the guide rail , T127, T140, etc.

With the improvement of people's requirements for elevator comfort and elevator speed, high-precision guide rail is the development direction of guide rail production. Tolerance and tongue and groove symmetry tolerance are changed from 0.1mm to 0.05mm, and a number of end shape and position tolerance requirements are added, and the requirements for straightness and twist of guide rails are improved. High-precision guide rails are guide rails used in high-speed elevators. They not only have higher precision than ordinary guide rails, but also eliminate the potential bending and twisting deformation factors of guide rails in the process. For example, the guide rail profiles are fully aged before the guide surface is processed. In order to reduce the residual stress in the guide rail profile, a sufficient aging treatment should be carried out again before the end dimension processing and fine calibration to fully release the internal stress, so as to reduce the guide rail bending caused by the stress after the guide rail is installed.

The counterweight hollow guide rail is a cold-rolled rolling guide rail, which is formed by cold-bending a coiled sheet through a multi-pass die. It is mainly used to provide guidance for the counterweight during elevator operation. Hollow guide rails can be divided into TK3 and TK5 according to the weight per meter, and can be divided into straight edge and flanged edge according to the shape of the end face of the guide rail, namely TK5 and TK5A.

The escalator guide rail is a cold-formed rolled guide rail, which is mainly used for supporting and guiding the steps of escalators and moving walks. Each escalator company uses escalator guide rails of various cross-sectional shapes according to their own design needs, that is, they all use their own escalator guide rail standards.
