Hydraulic elevator VS traction elevator
There are two conventional elevators in the market: one is hydraulic elevator; the other is traction elevator.
Hydraulic elevators have relatively low requirements on the hoistway, such as the height of the top floor, the machine room on the top floor, and energy saving. The traction elevator is the most conventional. It drives the wire rope to lift through the hoist. Relatively speaking, the requirements for the hoistway are relatively high. The top floor height is usually 4.5 meters, and the hydraulic pressure is only 3.3 meters. In addition, the wire rope needs to be replaced every 2 years depending on the situation. Both elevators have high safety and have national manufacturing standards. Hydraulic ladders are not afraid of heights but not heavy, and traction ladders are not afraid of heights.
The current proportion of hydraulic elevators is less than 10%, or even smaller. The general elevators are traction elevators (that is, driven by the friction between the traction machine and the wire rope.) The traction elevator is divided into machine room and machine room. (Of course, it can also be divided into passenger elevators, freight elevators and sundries elevators, etc.) Now the elevator technology is very mature, and it is much more advanced than the domestic one. The current traction machine is slowly developing towards gearless, and its operation is more and more reliable. , stable. In terms of power, it can generally be considered as three types. Hydraulic, traction, and mandatory (that is, reels and the like do power, and they are gradually eliminated). Hydraulic elevators are suitable for low Floors and occasions with heavy loads. Compared with traction elevators, there is not much room for development.
