The "Opinions" propose that the people's courts at all levels should start with the most serious problems reflected by the people and the most prominent issues in the real society, and do a solid job in the trial work of cases related to the quality and safety of agricultural products, food and drug safety, production safety, environmental safety, and network safety. . The production and sale of fake and inferior pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, and other agricultural materials and other crimes against agriculture and agriculture shall be severely punished in accordance with the law, so as to ensure the smooth progress of agricultural production. Trial and enforce civil and administrative cases involving "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in accordance with the law, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers.
