Elevator acceptance should have the conditions:

(1) the air temperature of the machine room or machine equipment should be kept between 5℃ and 40℃; Ventilation should be provided in the equipment room. The area of the vent at the top of the shaft should be at least 1% of the cross-sectional area of the shaft. Polluted gases extracted from other parts of the building should not be discharged into the equipment room.

(2) The voltage fluctuation of the power supply is within the range of ±7% of the rated voltage value.

(3) The elevator inspection site (mainly refers to the room or machine equipment, well, car top, bottom pit) clean, no articles and equipment unrelated to the work of the elevator.

(4) The well is sealed as necessary.
