How to adjust the elevator comfort?
1. Mechanical structure
① The main rail joint gap and step size are out of tolerance. According to GB7588 and GB10060, the joint gap of guide rail with safety pliers is not more than 0.5mm, and the step is not more than 0.05mm. When the gap and step of car guide rail joint increase, the elevator will run with intermittent vibration in the horizontal direction, which will affect the riding comfort. The solution is to minimize the size of the car rail joint clearance and step, the smaller the better.
(2) the gap between the boot lining and the guide rail is large, the solution is to minimize the gap between the sliding boot lining and the guide rail or increase the pressure of the rolling boot spring in a certain range, so as to reduce the horizontal vibration. And regularly check the wear of boot lining and roller, replace if necessary.
③ The perpendicularity of the guide working face is out of tolerance
According to the requirements of GB7588 and GB10060, there is a safety clamp guide rail, the plumb per 5 meters is not more than 1.2mm, the plumb on the whole rail is not more than 1mm, so as to ensure that the vibration of guide boots along the guide rail is reduced to the minimum, and does not affect the operation.
④ The guide rail bracket and boot guide frame are loose.
When the fixed bolt of the guide rail bracket or boot guide frame is partially loose, it will cause the gap between the boot liner and the guide rail to increase, which will cause the vibration of the elevator to increase, and lead to the serious operation of the guide boot off the guide rail, so that the elevator is dangerous. The solution is to regularly check the fastening degree of each part of the bolt, so that the bolt has a certain pre-tightening force and take relaxation measures.
⑤ wire rope tension is seriously uneven
The solution is to adjust the tension of the wire rope on the one hand, so that it tends to be balanced, and achieve the requirement that the deviation between the tension of the wire rope and the average value is less than 5% stipulated in GB7588.
⑥ Gearbox turbine-worm wear is large, the turbine-worm meshing gap is large, impact solution is to replace the turbine-worm.
⑦ The traction machine is installed without the foot of the damping rubber pad, or the rubber pad aging
The solution is to check and replace the aging and damaged vibration damping rubber pad.
⑧ Compensation chain (rope)
Part of the chain distortion produces impact vibration, which is transmitted to the car.
The solution is to reset the compensating chain (rope) so that it is free, free of chain distortion, free to sag, and re-fasten the ends.
⑨ Balance coefficient error and weighing system failure
When the balance coefficient is too large or too small, the elevator will start or stop at the moment of the up and down jitter (improper brake adjustment will also cause jitter). The principle of the elevator weighing system is that according to the actual load size of the car, the control system will give the elevator an appropriate preset moment at the starting moment to ensure the smooth starting of the elevator. However, if the weighing system cannot accurately reflect the load of the car, obvious shaking will occur during the starting.
The solution is to adjust the balance factor and regularly check the weighing system so that it accurately reflects the car weight.
2. Electrical control
